Free UK Standard Delivery

Free UK Standard Delivery will be made within 5 working days after you place your order, within that time frame you will receive shipping notification, you should expect to receive your delivery within 1-2 working days, however still allow up to 5 working days for order to be delivered.

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery for all UK orders placed before 3pm at £7 (Monday-Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays) Orders placed for next day delivery before 3pm will be dispatched same day ready for next day delivery. For orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next following business day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery is not available on Saturday & Sundays. Next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday before 3pm must select the next day delivery Saturday Guaranteed delivery option. International Delivery

International deliveries are made via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

All international customers will still be required to sign for their purchase(s)

Additional Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Oxygen London have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping and Returns postage are not refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds

We unfortunately do not accept refunds. We offer exchanges on any of the products if you feel that you want to change the colour or size. Please contact us by email (info@oxygen-london.com) to advise of the return. We can also provide a credit note if there is nothing on the website that catches your eye at this time. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached within 14 days of receiving order. If we cannot provide you with the size/colour that you require we are happy to exchange for a different item that totals to the same amount.

Most of our garments from the LUXE COLLECTION have been hand beaded or have a lot of embellishment trimmings. Slight irregularities and variations should not be regarded as defect. Because of the fragile beading of the garments , its is normal occurrence for some of the beads to fall off. For that reason, we can provide extra beads with your garments on request. Please contact our customer care team if you wish to have spare beads. 

YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS to inform us that you wish to return an item via email to info@oxygen-london.com Please include your returns form with your parcel, if returns forms or order details are not included in returns we can't guarantee that the return will be processed within the 10-14 working day window.
